Our shots can be taken up to three times a day depending on how you're currently feeling. We recommend a single shot for daily wellness and up to three when you are looking for a bit more.

If your child is under 12 we suggest you have them take half the shot. Lots of kids love our shots, but if your child has a hard time with the taste the shots can be diluted in water, smoothies, juice, etc.
We use a method called Cold Pressure, also known as High Pressure Processing (HPP), to ensure our products are safe from bacteria. This technique preserves food quality, maintains natural freshness, and extends shelf life without exposing the juice to high temperatures. Once bottled, the juice undergoes high-pressure treatment to eliminate harmful pathogens, making it safe to drink while retaining its vitamins, minerals, and nutrients.
All of our packaging materials are curbside recyclable. The exterior packaging is made from kraft paper and is fully recyclable. Our gel packs can be frozen and reused, and if you choose to dispose of them, they are non-toxic and environmentally friendly. The gel contents can be safely poured down the drain, and the plastic exterior is recyclable.

Cold pressure, also known as High-Pressure Processing (HPP), is a food safety and preservation method that uses high pressure instead of heat to help keep packaged foods fresh.
During this process, water is pressurized in a sealed chamber and applied evenly through the package to the product inside. Because it does not rely on heat, cold pressure helps maintain the fresh taste, color, and overall quality of cold-pressed juices and functional beverages.
HPP allows us to extend freshness without the use of artificial preservatives. It is one of the reasons our products taste bright and fresh while staying refrigerated.
